To be blunt, unless they have a special offer on p2go do not offer good value at all.
http://www.freightsearch.com/ and http://www.interparcel.com/ are a good deal cheaper. Both are automated with DHL so the chance of failed collections are minimal, and the former also has telephone support.0 -

Go through Quidco (for 5% cashback) and search for Interparcel, or go to www.interparcel.com
Better than Parcel2Go and more choices of courier, cost and service.
There are a few other agents who are cheaper, but there are literally only a few pence in it.
You could try Parcel2Go once, via Quidco, to get £5 one-off cashback though!
Most parcel websites will ask you to enter the recipient's phone number or won't proceed any further until you do. Just enter your own number if you haven't got theirs.British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -
I used them once and never again.
DHL lost my parcel and then parcel2go didnt pay compensation even though DHL did!
So sticking with interparcel now!0 -

I received a parcel from a seller who used Parcel2Go a couple of years back. We had a whole load of problems with the seller (who actually only sent half the item!) but had packed the thing so badly that the bottom half was a cardboard box, and the top was just taped over with binbags. When we phoned Parcel2Go to see if they had the weight of the parcel when they took it for delivery (so we could prove the seller only sent half the item) they hadn't, but said they should never have taken a parcel in the condition that we described and should have been rejected as inadequately packaged.
To cut a very long story short, this seller sent the other half of my item to another buyer - she claimed to have two items for sale, but seemed to only have one, and sent me and the other buyer half each. I managed to get in contact with this other guy and he missed the initial delivery, and ended up having to pay £12 or £15 for a re-delivery, for something he wasn't sure if he even wanted.
Personally I would avoid them; as a seller I wouldn't want a buyer contacting me to say they are being charged for re-delivery, which of course they would expect to be reimbursed for. Either that or they don't arrange re-delivery, and start a PayPal claim for item not received, as of course the tracking will not show as delivered. Then you as the seller will end up having to pay to get the item back from their depot.
At least with Royal Mail you know where you stand!0
