    Most landlords and agents do not work from a script! Therefore you need to consider what you would say if they ask if you are in receipt of any means tested benefits.

    Personally I would say no, but depends on landlord and what (if any) type of credit check they do.

    Does anyone know what the rough cut off point for annual salary is before you earn too much to recieve LHA? I'm under 25 and single and would be sharing a two bedroom with someone else.
