How many adults and children is this for.
You may find it easier if you do it on this and then C&P it across.

Ooh, that's a bit hard to read, can you make it a little easier? Some comments from what I can read:
Is the £600 rent or mortgage?
The £267 arrears from water or council tax will go into BR
Pet food goes into housekeeping
£824 repayments to creditors won't exist.
You can't include satelite TVAccept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

reformatted
we have left the house and moved into private rental.
mortgage was £590 interest only not paying that as per cccs advice
first plus secured loan of £270 not paying that as per cccs advice
now are private renting at £600 per month and hope to get some housing benefit but landlord not playing the game currently!!
sorry about the clarity it was perfect before i posted it lol
thank you for your time

Hi wallop,
You need to fill it in as you are now, in your rental home, with the bills etc as they are there, and you need to remove anything that relates to the mortgaged home.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
i think i understand however that form for the formatted thingy above asked for the mortgage information
they have not taken the house back yet even though we havnt paid the mortgage for 6 months
so cancel the secured loan mortgage and the payment to all the unsecured creditors and we are left with a deficit of £-283 per month
cheers

Dave if you have a deficit you need to cut back on your outgoings. On the figures you have used but including rent instead of mortgage & secured loan your deficit is £335, not £283. The judge may ask where you are going to find this money from every month and can refuse BR on the grounds that it will not help as you will still be getting into more debt.

that is what we were worried about
however with the housing benefit we should get we will be very close indeed
just need to get the landlord to give a letter to the local council to confirm we are renting from them
thankyou
we will amend that now
need to try to get to sleep big day morrow

Total monthly expenses.................. 2237 - I only make this total to be £1892 after the removal/reductions that Peachy suggested.
So that gives you a deficit of £260 which you could cut down by trimming bits off a few things like groceries and petrol and clothing etc. Someone on here has had a deficit before and still gone BR - they said something to the judge along the lines that they were currently working on a way to improve the situation. the Judge still granted them BR, not sure who it was tho.BSC #215/No.1 Jan 09 Club0
