Barclays Loan PPI Cancelling/Reclaim - Advice appreciated

btw hsbc told my husband he would have to do the same with the new loan thing!!!!to cancel his loan but as soon as he sent the letter in from this site they changed their tune!

mine was a student loan they look away my overdraft on the day of graduation and demanded theor money back offered me a loan made me take it over 8 year as i had no job and said i had to take ppi or i would not get the loan..... the were appauling! every time i went in their as a student they offered to increase my overdraft!!!!!!!

Good luck with the FOS.

Unfortunately, it may take some time with the FOS due to the high volumes of these complaints.
Have you received the letter of confirmation from the FOS yet to say they have received your complaint?

If not then give them a quick call.

They are trying to move on as quickly as they can, but if you are suffering financial hardship, let them know this as well with your reasons, you can request for fast tracking, although I am aware there is a queue for that as well.

There have been success with Barclays, although the main of them may be resolved through the FOS, when you have time, check on the above success thread. x

I'm still waiting for Barclays to resolve (nearly 6 months now) . Be prepared for a lonnnnnng wait. The FOS arent much better in speeding things along
