Switching to another 0% credit card

Hi all. I've never done this before, so just wondered just how easy it is to do.
I currently owe around £650 on my Halifax CC. The 0% offer is due to end next month, so typical APR will be 15.9%. So was thinking it would make better financial sense to switch to another card if possible. What's the best way to go about this? is it pretty simple to do?
Thanks.
