% is the old type nokia phone charger, the newer phones now use a smaller connector and run at both 115v and 230v where the old ones are 230v only.

bin the Euro style kettle cable, companies include them in everything as is is cheaper to put a 2pin and 3 pin plug in there than it is to produce 2 boxes one for the 3 pin market and the other for the 2 pin market.
