On my laptop, the printscreen button also has sys Rq on it. If I want to copy a web page, I press this "print screen, open PAINT, click EDIT and then PASTE. The web page opens up then. My OH laptop however, is a bit different. The printscreen key also has "insert" on it. When he clicks this key & opens PAINT, then EDIT, the PASTE option is greyed out, so he cant copy web pages. Any suggestions how to fix it?

Try the FN button + the print screen button.0

Depending on what you want to use the web page for, if you press 'print screen' then after opening MS Word, right click and choose 'paste'.
