Mould/Cavity wall insulation

We are having a problem with mould growing on the walls because of condensation from drying clothes or after showers.
We leave windows open but obviously due to the cold weather this is not ideal. We have storage heaters that are newly fitted and hoped this would help the problem but as of yet - no.
Would cavity wall insulation and loft insulation help this problem? Does anyone know of products to help prevent growth?

We had loft and cavity done 4 years ago. Prior to it we never had mould on walls now we do. Also a friend was advised to have cavity walls done to prevent damp, it definitely made it worse. However, I have no qualifications in this area.0

I've had cavity wall and loft done and have had no problems whatsoever.0

There is a lot of condensation about at this time, if you cannot ventilate the only answer is a Dehumidifier.I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0

Are you saying that you have neither roof or cavity insulation. If so then get them both a.s.a.p. Even if you find that you do have some roof insulation, make sure that it is increased to at least 250mm, and preferably more. You do not have a chance of stopping condensation unless you do. Without either you are just throwing away any money spent on heating.I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.0
