I had approx 23hours AF between last night's pint and the one I'm drinking now.... but, it will only be the one and no malt to follow (well, that's the present plan.... :o). I can guarantee not to be in TPA's AF Hall of Fame

  • I thought it was just me, now I know its everyone one on here.....barking, completly bl**dy barking!

No extra monies earnt today and a little visit to Gregs makes toady an spend day instead of a NSD:mad:.

Bless the hubby, hes been supermarket shopping again, I swear he thinks hes the only man in history to do a 'weekly' shop. I had to endure almost 20 minutes of 'I bought this, and you wouldn't beleive how much x cost whereas when I bought y it worked out to be z'. Aw i do love him but do I make him endure a 20 minute count down when I do the shopping? By the way this 'weeks' shopping includes 90 cans of diet coke:eek:

I have got a lovely cup of tea and a custard slice (thanks Greg:p)

  • Am currently having a [STRIKE]major argument [/STRIKE]'heated debate' with the hubby over a Toberone. He has had an indian takeaway so I think I should be able to eat 'his' toberone. I may soon make the news for murder, I will of course get off on dimished resposability as i'm a woman and I need chocolate to survive:mad:

Glad you're having a stress free weekend :D

I guess we're back to AF now . 4 days to report last week, plus 1 'dry' lunch, wine Fri & Sat eve. As we didn't break into a second bottle last night I have none for tonight so will be starting from tonight

Just to report I DID eat said toberone! Yeh womans lib!

GG I am impressed, you are being very good. Now I have a little problem tonight, just been to M&S to get some of their great deal Cava, the Rose was also so offer (works out about £3.35 a bottle due to two promotions running at the same time:eek::D) Now I think I really should sample the Rose to make sure its up to scratch, now I think waiting for next Friday would not be doing my bargain purchase justice:rotfl:

Done one MS today and visited the [STRIKE]out[/STRIKE] in laws:A. Have got 7 lined up for tomorrow, not sure if that is good or if i'm just completely bonkers:rolleyes:. Have got extra job lined up for Tuesday evening and an MS so I should have made my extra £10 per day for this week by 10pm on Tuesday:j.

Next have not put the £30 they promised me into my bank account so we will have to see if that materialises, I am also waiting for 2 cheques from the garage where I boght my car (one due to a c0ck up by said garage and one 'finders' fee as I refered another customer there - before I knew of c0ck up I must add!)

Still waiting to see what happens with my MS report about the 'fingers/food' senario.

Will start to nag my AF members to at least update twice a week, this is your warning!

    Mortgage-free Glee!
    Hi TPA :hello:,

I had 6 out of 7 AFDs last week - if we are going Friday to Friday

Well done on all the MSs:T:T:T
  • I am home! I am wet and wind swept as predicted.

The day did not start well, my lovely leather belt has broken in two places  then first MS was shut due to a burst water main:eek:

I did a little detour to Mr T (Tesco) to pick up part of hubbys christmas present (a photo book of me:rotfl:lol no its actually of the pets). Went to look at the clothes, just for reasearch purposes of course:rolleyes:, anyway they were a bargianious (new word add it to TPAs dictionary) 20% off, so I bought a few items, came to nearly £80 even with the discount:eek:. (two items for hubby though, so thats ok, isn't it?) No belt though!:o. Then I bought a pair of shoes another £30 from the next town I visited on my MS tour. I fancied two pairs but only bough one so thats money saving  They are for work...hmm, have you heard that somewhere before:rolleyes:. I also bought MIL her birthday present and whilst in the shop I spent a further £21 on myself:eek:. I have been possessed by the spending monster that has obvioulsy been lurking inside for some years and has probably been released by the wine I have been drinking recently!!

Good news is all but three of the MSs have been typed up. I left the longest ones to last!

More good news I have received an email from Next informing me they have made the transfer to my account but it might take a few days to appear...hmmm, we shall see.

Almost forgot a got 5p off a litre of diesel due to Tesco clothes spend..see thats GOOD!:j
