Amazon - Top Service

Hi all,

I bought a bike for my daughter for Christmas from Amazon back in July.

We didn't have a really good look at it (should of done really) and gave her it on Christmas day. After about 5 minutes it became obvious that one of the wheels was buckled and made it very difficult to ride.

Daughter was great about it, she's a great girl but her mother and I were disappointed.
We'd thought that it was far too long (from July) to let them know the wheel was buckled, but I thought I'd email them anyway.

They replied and have sent a replacement bike!, we are so pleased. It certainly makes me think to always buy from them instead of anywhere else.
