Bradford Bingley-cant get my money out

I've been trying to get my e-cash ISA money out of the Bradford and Bingley for over a week now - has anyone else had a problem trying to do the same?

First of all for some reason my account was locked so I requested a new password and the account to be refreshed. New password arrived on Friday - still unable to log in I contacted customer services yet again and was told there would be another refresh and to wait 24hrs.

Guess what - 24 hrs later tried to log in and have been told my account is locked and to call the money makng 0845 number yet again

I asked during my last conversation for my money account to be closed and was told the only way to do that was for me to log in - I had to laugh as I had already explained that the reason I was calling was because I could not log in!

I feel this is a delaying tactic so if anyone can inform me of my rights I would be most grateful
