I am in dispute with a credit card company who do not reply to my Emails or letter. Is there an authority I can go to help resolve the problem ? Thanks.:o

there is the Financial Ombudsman but you must have exhausted the complaints route your CC company has. Have you lodged an official complaint?0

Yes, with M&S. You must wait 8 weeks before the Financial Ombudsman will entertain your complaint.0
