Have just tried the bleeping computer fix but this just froze the lap top-it took 2 hrs to download & then remove. Are there any other options as the ads are still coming up?

should run in about 20 minutes, try downloading on another PC and then copying to yours, then running it
then update Malwarebytes and do a full scan
did you fix those hijackthis items ?Ex forum ambassador
