See http://www.natwest.com/personal/savings/g2/isas/e-isa.ashxWould I be able to change my Cash ISA into an e-ISA if I asked Natwest - how does it work? would I be wasting my time?No transfers-in – if you want to transfer your existing ISAs, have a look at our Cash ISA. However, you can transfer out from e-ISA without any penalty
You will find alternative Cash ISAs, which accept transfers and offer better rates than the Natwest eISA (scroll down to 'Variable rate mini cash isa's that accept transfers in:') in this post - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=4603369&postcount=10
