Help with Antivir please

Hi there just a quick question. When I run a scan with Antivir I get 5 or 6 warnings. When I check the log it says:
Master boot sector HD1
[INFO] No virus was found!
[WARNING] System error [21]: The device is not ready.
[INFO] Please restart the search with Administrator rights
Also the same for the other boot sectors
How do I turn on administrator rights? I can't find it anywhere. Thanks

right click the shortcut on the desktop > click run as administrator0
