Opening internet account help please

I am thinking of opening a Bradford and Bingley internet account tomorrow and have never done this before so please excuse my ignorance. I understand how to have monies transferred into my nominated account, but how do I transfer the other way from the nominated account into my internet account. I dont have online banking with my own bank atm. Information on this would be greatly appreciated as I only want to put money in when I can afford it, ie not on a monthly standing order basis. Many thanks everyone

If it operates the same as my B&B Internet Saver 3 you 'pull' it in from the B&B site by direct debit instruction, which you're asked to set up during the application.
EDIT: http://www.bradford-bingley.co.uk/_img/savings/general_savings_online_terms_and_conditions.pdf (see condition 6.1.2), assuming it's their eSavings Issue 6?0 -
Thank you so much for your help, your're a star cheers:beer:0
