Ccleaner and external hard drive

Please could you tell me if its ok to clean my external hard drive with Ccleaner? I only ever use it with the C drive. Just not confident to go ahead in case its a no-no?

There shouldn't be any problems whatsoever. How much data it finds to safely delete is questionable however.0
