Tesco credit card

I paid off my tesco credit card back in september, and had a letter from them that month confirming that I no longer owed any money to them. Yesterday I recieved a letter from them telling me I had missed 2 payments of £10 for november and december, I rang them and the call handler tried to tell me that I owed them £52!! seems like they were plucking figures out of the air. This person also tried to tell me that this was interest owed, despite the fact that statements stopped once I had paid the outstanding amount in september and that I had the letter confirming I had paid off the account. To make matters worse they had also included in the letter another letter intended for someone in northern ireland, giving me all his account details.
I told tesco that this was a huge breach of data protection and that I would write to the gentleman enclosing his letter, their response was "ok fine", their attitude stinks! they also blamed both mistakes on "operator error", I will never have another credit card as long as I live, although with my record now no one would give me one anyway!!:p
