Hiya,
Phoned Tesco finance yesterday and they made 2 offers of BT with 0 fee.
First was for BT no fee at LOB interest rate of 7.9%
Second was for BT no fee for 9 months at 1.7 APR.
So the offers are still out there but getting No fee and 0% are now rare.
