Could anyone help me with my epson R300 printer?

Please ingore this post now as i we have fixed it !

Hi i got an Epson R300 printer for free off freecycle i have replaced all the ink but i it still not printing.

It is set up to the pc as i can load photos accross etc also when i click print it come up with epson and attempts to print but the paper comes out blank

Any know what the problem is and how to fit it?

  • To be honest not really sure, but you could try downloading the ssc utility and reset all the ink counters etc, might help might not

    Does it print a test page from the menu on the actual printer?

    the actual printer doesn't seem to have a menu. i will look at the site above

    The R300 is a bit flaky with Vista.

    The advantage of the utility in post #2 is that you can clean the black jet on it's own and not waste your coloured inks.
