I logged into my account yesterday, and it stated the new rate is 4.34%, which is about 3.47% for a basic rate tax payer. This is still a bit higher than most accounts but I am sure it has further to fall.

I take it this account is now probably going to beat most High Interest Current accounts

The rate hasn't been 4.34% since 2nd February, when it dropped to 3.42%, then to 2.90% on 2nd March - the April drop is not yet shown.
