Just come across this site which seems to be set up for builders merchants to move on slow moving stock at greatly reduced prices . If you`re going to be starting a project soon it may be worth a look - a few examples;
Marshalls Haworth Moor slate slabs from 50p each
internal doors from £5 each
ex dispal kithen £117.50
towel rails from £50
And the list goes on and on and on
