15000 short term accesible saving ASAP

hi i have 15000 for a deposit on house, not too sure when it will be so need the cash available, so what im after is the best account i can put the money in to earn interest on.

i may need the money in 3 6 or even 12 months time so i dont want it locked in for any period of time.

i bank with abbey do they have any accounts i could benefit from.

its currently in an instant saver ive had for 12 years but the woman at the counter said i need to put into an account where it will earn me money.

hoping to sort it tomorrow morning so any advice asap will be great thanks very much in advance.

    there is the Abbey Instant Access Saver (Special Issue 2) which offers 3.5% at the moment.
    That may be what you already have though!
