in IVA & DRO
Hello All,
I wonder if anyone can give me some advice.
I have had an IVA for the past year and a half. I am concerned about how this is effecting my partners credit rating. We currently have a joint account - should i take my name off this or is the damage already done? We also have several bills in joint names - gas, water, council tax. does anyone know if this could affect us?
We have a civil partnership so we are linked in the "eyes of the law"
Appreciate your help, and happy new year!
