iva - creditor neds advice.
Hi, I am owed a considerable amount of money by a builder who has 'done a bunk' leaving me with an half finished extension. I have now heard that he is applying for an iva. My question is how should I proceed in order to try to get as much of my money back as possible? Any advice very gratefully received. Many thanks in advance. ktj.
