i have just keyed in m sun ref no. and it is still asking for a key word, I have tried all the words mentioned on previous messages and still cant get in has anyone any advice? thanks

You Only Need To Insert The Ref On The Top Right Of The Letter U Received. The Url And Other Box Can Be Left Blank. I Think This Is Correct As I Have Just Booked A Week In The Loire In July.

Thanks for your response but when I put in my sun ref no, it will not progress without this key word, will not let me go any further

As I Have Booked It Wont Let Me Back In To Look At The Booking Form. From What I Can Remember I Only Inserted My Booking Ref On The First Screen And Left The Boxes Blank On The Second Page Which Asked For A Number And Url -i Think These Are Only To Be Filled In By Special Members Of The Sun Priority Club Whatever That Is ?

Does Anybody Else Remember ?

HELP!!! I have entered my sun reference number from the top right of the priority letter, entered the eight words listed and entered my email address. Goes to next page with "BOOK NOW" button, press that and it keeps taking back to the 1st apage again to enter all the numbers and words again.

Hi, can anyone help!! Am trying to book my sun hol online but it is asking for 3 different dates. I can only go on one date due to work commitments. How does it work when you press search? ie if I put in 3 dates to make it search does it bring back just one choice and are you then tied to that hol even in date is wrong? Not happy- NOTW had no token today and even got up early to go buy it! Thanks to those who posted last code!

You have to give 4 different dates and parks, both in the booking form and online. My first choice park came up but could only get my 3rd choice date!

Is it saying anything in red letters above your Sun reference number?, this happened earlier to me, but I had entered my reference number incorrectly..... it is early!

No nothing above my reference no. Prob is am tied to one date. Will just have to send form off instead and risk it that way! Wouldn't have been so bad if hadn't been up since 6am trying to sort out!! thanks
