    quasi has been used to describe a row of houses all joined together but with big gardens not just little yards.
    You should ask the estate agent what they mean by it and write it down for us.

    Come on people 4.79% this flat rate that.

    You should watch titanic there was no one trying to get on when it started sinking. The global econemy is screwed. We are in a recession heading into a depression and people are still asking if it might just skirt around the particular semi detached they quite fancy.

    What will be will be, its like global warming, its gone past the tipping point, it's only not said outloud due to blind panic, have you seen the next sale and thats just tshirts imagine if it was bread!

    i am too looking for a family home the thing is though i have lived in rented now for about 8years now i dont care if my house falls in value over the next couple of years as long as i can maybe sell it about 5-8 yrs down the line and maybe get a better house that would be bonus! But if i buy a house tomorrow i would not want to sell it for a long time.
  • The prices in Coventry don`t seem to be falling as much as other areas of the country
