Nationwide International

Does anyone have any cash deposited with Nationwide International in their Base Rate Tracker Premium Account?
The interest rates are shown below.
I can't see that you have to hold the funds for more than 1 year and the rates in the first year (including the premium) look very good compared to what is around at the moment.
Does anyone have any negative comments as I have funds due from a Northern Rock fixed rate bond due soon and think this might be a good place to put the money?

Sterling accounts - Current Rates
Annual £5k - £24999 4.75% for year 1 thereafter 2.75%
Monthly £5k - £24999 4.55% for year 1 thereafter 2.40%

Annual £25k+ 5.30% for year 1 thereafter 2.75%
Monthly £25k+ 5.10% thereafter 2.40%

I must say I'm a bit surprised that there haven't been further comments regarding my post above. I'm not concerned that no-one has answered my question but the fact that you can get 5.30% doesn't seem to have generated any form of response.
There is so much griping about the pitiful rates on offer at the moment (and quite rightly so) that I thought this may interest one or two people.
Any thoughts or comments would be most welcome. ;)

I suppose the FSCS doesn't cover these account so some people would be nervous about putting any money in them.

Abbey international have a 12% fixed regular saver which can be used in such a way to provide more than 5.3%.
