£12000 in debt,best advice please

hi all new to site so please bare with me.did what i said i was never going to do,now £12000 in debt with llyods platnium.don't know what the minium payment is yet,proberly afford £350-£400 a month please help and thanks to all those who reply.(kids had a good xmas) Is balance transfer a option,would that save me any money?

Might have been best to familiarise yourself with how credit cards work before splurging best part of £12k!

Best way to clear it? Throw the £400 at it each month, you can easily keep up the minimum payments with that so unfortunately there's no quick win
