    I find not many people accept Solo, well they didn't when I had one! Try to get a Maestro or Visa Debit card, you can use these practically everywhere.

    Only places I have found I cannot use it are; train station and car garage.
  • Never had Solo refused pretty much anywhere, except buying train tickets. Virtually anywhere with the capability for online authorisation (and that's pretty much everyone who has their merchant services supplied by pretty much anyone) should take it.
