Husband leaving me..advice needed please

    It may differ from authority to authority but in our area they WON'T pay housing benefit if a relative owns the house

    So sorry to hear your news my hubby broke my heart in July and left in August after thirteen years together.

    Things will get better get straight on to the tax credit people as mine took four weeks to go to my bank.

    I am now dealing with my life and have been on a couple of dates, I am actually better off financially ex hubby has no money and has to keep borrowing of mehe's in for a surprise next month when i say on your bike. I was even mug enough to be his gurantor on his flat (lovely place for the 3 boys) he has to find another one as i waiting for the day when he has no cash to pay his rent, still have to get enough bottle to tell him.

    We even have joint accounts still so i know exactly how much

    Take care things will get better there will be lots of hard times and crying but you will get thur this

    I really hope there is no way for either of you to max out the overdraft on a joint account, because you will BOTH be liable to repay it, even if only one of you spent it!
