Laptop return to Acer

I have a laptop bought last April which has a hard drive failure which I am returning to Acer. After trawling their not very user friendly website, I sent an email and them have sent back a return label but no instructions or address. Does anyone know the procedure for collections, as I can't seem to find into again on their website?

This is not Acer, acer direct are owned by the same people that run laptops direct I think so don't send it to them !

I think I'll just wait a few days to see what happens, as they've given me a returns number and a label (with no address!) Presumably they will contact me to arrange to pick up the laptop.

If not, I will give them a call.

I phoned their customer service and it was a mistake that they'd just mailed the label. Hopefully, the laptop has now been picked up (from work - I was out of the office in Friday) by DHL.
