I managed to get 2 from salisbury and they came up as £29.99 including £20 top up so sent hubby into town now in case the offer is not valid once they change to the new catalogue sometime today. So will let you all know if I got them for that price!!!!

Any news on whether he managed to get them at that price, so far no one has. Ive 2 reserved at Rotherham but its going to be a 2 hour trip there and back!! Dont want to be paying £60, I called the store yest and they said they would over-ride it if I took the print out in so might chance it.

I reserved 2 of these phones for me and the GF and spent over 30 minutes in the Northwich store yesterday trying to get them to honour this offer.
Did not have any success and was told to call the store manager because she was unavailable at the time and she was the only person in the store who could authorise this offer.
Well just called the manager and there is no way in a month of Sundays will they honour this offer on the direction of the Argos head office.

Looks like you might get lucky if you get a easy going store manager but if you have a long trip it could well end in tears !!.

Very strange,when you try and reserve in some places, it shows as out of stock @ £79.99,but i got BATH & GLASGOW FORT to show up as out of stock but £29.99...mmmm......

Never got the 2 I ordered in salisbury. The lady phoned up headoffice and they said it was an online error. I have noticed that the offer is still online so I cant see why its an error. I have printed the offer and my reservations and will write to them!!!

You have to add the bundle code in from the bottom of the Virgin page in the catalogue and not click on the link that shows the £20 voucher on the reserve page. Have not picked mine up yet so not sure if they will honour it or not!!

I am peeved off now as I phoned customer services and they phoned the store, contacted me back and admitted that it was an error in the offer. I said well why are you still advertising it, she really could not justify why but still gave me loads of babble just passing time to get me off the phone. I was getting absolutely nowhere!!
It is so frustrating when you have the item printoff and your reservation printoff in front of you and she is telling you that you are wrong. I asked for her surname as I was writing a letter and that I wanted her name just to clarify that I have talked to them and she said they are not allowed to give out their surnames!!!

OOhhhh I am so annoyed!! This was a genuine offer and they are not honouring it!!!!
