Brothers Debt.

Options
Hi my brother has told me he owes £10000 accross a couple of credit cards, i don't know the exact details of how much on which. I do know that neither one is 0% though. Is there a card available that he might actually qualify for the is at 0% for a period long enough for him to actually pay off some of the debt?

Or is there an alternative to a CC to get some cheap money? Any help and advise is appreciated!

Thanks all

You might be better off posting this on the Debt Free Wanabee board, rather than the IVA board.

I doubt he will get a 0% credit card with a limit high enough to clear his current debt. He may get one to enable him to transfer some of it over but it will depend on his credit rating. Does he have a good one?
    :p
  • Printer,
If you PM one of the Board Guides ( nearlyrich, MrsTine, fermi ) and ask them nicely, they can transfer this thread to the DFW Board as Beanie suggested. Someone there might be in a better position to help you.

Also suggest he speak to one of the debt charities, who can help him as well.
