Terms and Conditions

1. All entries must be received by 28 February 2009.
2. Only one entry per person. No third party or bulk entries.
3. No responsibility is accepted for submissions that fail to be delivered. Proof of submission is not proof of entry. No responsibility can be taken for technical issues on this website preventing entry.
4. The prizes, worth £250 each, are for 20 groups of four and includes seven nights’ accommodation in a two-bedroom serviced apartment. Flightsnot included.
5. The prizes are subject to availability and must be taken between January and April 2009, and November and December 2009, excluding public and school holidays.
6. There is no cash alternative and no other benefits, items or additions can be substituted for the prizes. The prizes are non-transferable and are not for resale.
7. The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc, Petchey Leisure and their associates.
8. The prize winners will be the first 20 entrants drawn at random by an independent person. Prize winners will be notified by post within 28 days of the closing date. A redraw will take place if prizes have not been claimed by 31 March 2009.
9. Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The promoters reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater
value if circumstances deem this necessary.
11. The winners may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this promotion.
