  • My husband will have a face to face interview too as his business went into financial difficulty (hence the mess we are in with our personal finances). We planned to go BR in the new year (prob Feb/March time) but one of his company suppliers has petitioned his bankruptcy for mid January so he has been told it will be slightly more complicated than normal eek and that a face to face interview will take place.

Fingers crossed my BR will be easier following DHs xx

Yes, I think creditor petioned BRs are face to face. Will he be going to the High Court at the Royal Courts of Justice? Thats where I went - its my local court. Nothing to be nervous of - just think he saved £495 and has the same outcome.

Your BR should be much simpler and hopefully closer to home.

  • No he just has to go to our local court so fingers crossed I get the same OR. I panicked when we first got the petition but now we have found a new home it's £495 we don't need to save so our new debt free life seems closer :-) x
