    Ive recently had a lot of problems with debenhams so much so i wrote a letter to complain but still havent got a reply and dont count on it either but they are shocking when it comes to delivering on time and also cancelling orders so personally i wouldnt bother + the fact that an item i was watching was in debenhams last week and ive just looked online and it is double the price but yet still listed as a 'sale' item!

    The children's clothes don't seem to have altered in price. A couple of things I'd been keeping my eye on are still the same reduced price.

    oh and I had an order cancelled ( my payment messed up) and the lady on CS said that over the past week they've had problems with the computer system and things have just been 'cancelled' for no reason.

    She couldn't even get on the system to tell me why mine was cancelled!
    I'm not too bothered....yet!:p

    I have to say I've placed 3 orders in this sale and have just made my fourth and Debenhams never disappoints. Everything has been in stock and delivered incredibly quickly this time around! The only bad comment I can make is on their returns - they're sooo slow to process refunds.

    I ordered a few items online earlier today - but having seen your posts I think I should be prepared for an email cancelling my order!

    You can take them back to any store for an instant refund...

    Sounds about right. Only I was told this at the 9th call as the previous 8 calls I was told they couldn't find the order because system was too busy or something. The 9th call took over an hour. I was ready to compromise with the address mess-up as it was really a bargain price, yet only got a cancelation email next day without explaining any problem, just totally a disaster. Definitely won't use their service again, simple appalling...

    Well, I do hope they are not going to do the same to you though icon7.gif
