Yeah bit of a shame that!

There is this really nice mens wool coat for £27 in sizes medium and large that would be a great gift to somebody.. I added it to my basket then realised I have an almost identical one and don't need a second!

There's also a lovely mens grey jumper from Red Herring for £11. Absolutely gorgeous, but there was nothing else that tickled my fancy and I didn't fancy paying an extra £4.50 on top of the price just for that.

Are they any better with their stock control now? They used to have major issues whenever I ordered anything. I've just ordered a Ready Bed, had my confirmation, but now they're out of stock on line. I'm wondering if I'll get it or not.

In a word, no. They are still showing items in stock that I ordered nearly a week ago, yet I received cancellation emails a few days ago.

Stuff that I've had cancelled still shows as available on-line AND cheaper, what's that all about?

That's Debenhams for you, they have done that to me before. Try reordering it, sometimes it still comes.

Also if you have ordered say 7 things and they only send 4 or less... email them and ask for your postage money refunded, as they haven't delivered the full order, that often works!

I'm confused.

in early December and paid £33, and yet its now £55? How does that work?

Hate to disappoint you guys, but I made 3 orders on their site last week, first of all they messed up with the billing address and delivery address, had to call them 9 times to track the order (0844/0845) for total over 2 hours, not sure how much my phone bill is going to be. Finally they found it on the system, then told me there's nothing they can do to correct the address. Wasn't sure what to do as ordered a duvet for BF.

Anyway next day received 3 emails from them, all my orders are cancelled, without giving me any reason at all, not even have the courtesy to appologize for any inconvenience :mad::mad: One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had.
