Best of luck to everyone.......Ive had a mare with them. I ordered through a 10% off link, two separate orders, the first arrived and it was Region 1 and not Worldwide as advertised, sent them an email and they were very apologetic, they said they would send me another immediately and then would send a free p+p envelope to send the other back (I ordered on the 14th november). They acknowledged receipt of the first DVD returned to them on the 27th November, the other DVD still hadn't appeared! After a lot of back and forth on emails they said they had sent my first DVD on the 28th.......several emails later they claim they have sent it on the 3rd........still sat waiting >:( bunch of charlatons and wouldnt touch them with a barge pole! Dont bother emailing as they make sure a different customer service person replies everytime and then asks you to confirm.......next email reconfirm.......next email reconfirm the reconfirmed address.........LIKE I DONT KNOW WHERE I LIVE!

Cd wow have always been fantastic when I've used them.. which is a lot..

mansun cd was out of stock when I ordered but they kept me up to date and I got it a few days later..

Sorry you've had a bad experience with them, this year I've ordered about 40 DVDs and CDs from them and had 1 problem where their stock hadnt been delivered on time. Sent 2 weeks after it was released and I got a £2 voucher as compensation on a CD I paid £6.49 for.

Excellent as far as Im concerned
