I had exactly the same.... lost all my movies grrr.... tried opening the thing, but just had a horrible rattle... guess the needle had gone somewhere it shouldn't have... :mad:

trumpet - Western Digital hardware is the daddy of hard drives. That was the reason i got one, it is just that a stupid power cut killed mine.Wales will be disregarded until given a place in "its a small world"0
