I recently bought some wine from Sainsbury's, putting it into one of those carriers. In the time it took to walk from my car to my house (a few metres) the box completely failed and I ended up with a couple of broken bottles of (cheap) wine. Irritating. I emailed their customer services, they got back to me a few days later and sent me a voucher that more than covers the cost of the wine - not as compensation but as a "thank you" for my feedback. :beer:
