i use a microsoft digital media pro (around £15) and it's very nice.
best bet is to pop to pcworld and try each one on display until you find one with action you like

...just bear in mind that the ones on display in PC World may have had the !!!! pounded out of them.

Morrisons were (until recently at least) doing a decent enough Logitech wireless keyboard & mouse for a tenner.
• I got a wireless keyboard and mouse from Staples a few months back for £9.99.

Its a Labtec one and its been great....same batteries in the keyboard and changed once in the mouse.

I'd recommend this set if they are still available.

I wouldn't go back to a wireless keyboard - it's far too much hassle to keep changing batteries (and not very environmentally friendly either). I do have a wireless mouse, but that has a recharging "holster" so I never have to change the batteries.

I'm not sure if you can still get them, but I have a "Microsoft Internet Keyboard" (the version with the built-in wrist rest) and find it very comfortable to type on. I got it new on eBay for less than £9. In fact, I liked it so much I bought one for my work PC too!
