Mazda 2 - Help!

First post ... Help appreciated.
Decided after a test drive to buy a Mazda 2. Opted after some thought for the Sport version. As the finance offered was 6.9% APR until December 1st I thought I'd wait.
Announced today that the Sport is being offered 4.9% finance and free insurance.
This suits me HOWEVER in the T+C I read it as saying that this offer is valid from now until 31st March for cars contracted and registered in that period.
Does this mean I wouldn't be able to order for an '09 plate and still receive the same terms?
Basically just wanting to know if this is the case and are there any ways round it?
First time buying a new car and as it's a big commitment I don't want to dive in head first...

Thanks Keith- I wasn't sure if it worked out that way but 31st of March is [obviously] literally the end of March so I am happy to wait until then.
As an aside, the new Mazda 2 is a fantastic car, even at entry level for the money and not common at all. Compare how many you see to Fiestas [very similar], Corsas and Clios etc.
I have read more reviews for it than anything and it compares favourably to every other similar car in just about every department.0
