Actually - no  This morning the motorway was blocked and it took me 2 hours to get to work

Rest of the day was Ok, but have been really naughty with eating :o Will have to be really good tomorrow or first weigh in will be a disaster

Grrr to motorway blockage, caused hassle at my work too, Boss missed 2 meetings & wasnt very happy

Not been that brilliant with eating today myself :o, but as we've often remarked, we cant be fab at everything at the same time & my focus is more on the money at the moment.

Just you keep away from that Next Directory :naughty::D

Am declaring a 2lbs weight loss for this week :j

Has been a bit of a mixed week dieting wise, have had a few naughty days :o so I am pleased with a 2lb loss. I know exercise is the key for me so I have taken the plunge and signed up for a 6 week gym programme (the £60 fee is a bit naughty but at least I've not had to sign up for a year's contract) Went for the first time last night and am feeling it a bit this morning  but I really enjoyed it, and went for a swim, jacuzzi and a sauna afterwards :D

Work has been Ok this week and I have managed to work only about 20 minutes over my hours :j so am chuffed with that :D Some people weren't happy when they didn't get things as quickly as usual but most people, including my boss , have been fine

Money is going to be tight this month, have loads of stuff coming up and Christmas to plan for, so am just aiming not to increase my debt and make all regular payments

Meeting a friend for lunch later so planning to get some housework does this morning then I can relax for the rest of the day :D

:j Yay for normal work hours! I'm so glad you're getting that sorted. It's not fair for them to expect you to work hours like that and you need time for YOU!

2lb loss! Well done!! As long as you use the gym and feel better about yourself then I think it's money well spent.

    Enjoy your lunch!
