Why would anyone be doing an MFI price match. Their demise means that there is one less competitor for the others to worry about.
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.

yes - i know what you mean - but wickes were doing price match last month and i missed it due to claiming £££ back from the credit cards, and to entice people to them, some companies might be offering the same....

Homebase have a sign up that if you bring in a written quote they will match it. Not sure if they'll match one from a company that no longer exists but it's worth a try.

Just haggle with the other kitchen suppliers. You can play them off against each other as well once you have prices.

We've used 'price matching' policies before and never had to produce the actual quote although I'm sure if you approach any company with your MFI quote they will do their best to match it if they know there is business there for them. If they don't your business, someone else will.

B&Q offer a price match guarantee on everything. Try them - although I still bet they'll be cheaper than MFI, even MFI on a very good day, the new Cooke & Lewis range is cheaper than the previous 'select' kitchens and they were always cheaper than MFI's first price.
