Mine took just over a week to arrive - But I got them.
They're great discs!
When I called them - They advised me that they were awaiting stock from suppliers.0 -
What a pile of pants.
I ordered the last Saturday and received confirmation of the order Saturday evening.
Nothing has arrived so I phoned (sounded like someones front room) them and was told "We are out of stock of this item and so are our supplier we don't have an eta. The site should have said they were out of stock." So they take the money when they don't have the stock and then don't inform you to tell you such.
I really needed these for this weekend, so have been badly let down.
Don't think I'll bother with them again.0 -
I ordered these disc's on the 9th January. They took payment from my card on the 12th. It's the 21st January today and they have still not arrived. I have sent them an email, but no response. I have also tried to phone them several times, but they don't answer. What else can I do?0

I'm forever the optimist, but maybe I made an error on this one... If they come through I'll still be loving the bargain, and thankfully I don't need them just yet, but i'm starting to semi half consider giving them a call...0

I've just called Mouse2house about this. Fair play, the phone was answered after three rings and the telephonist was absolutely charming.
She put me on hold for a while after establishing my identity and order. When she came back she said there had been a 'miunderstanding' with their suppliers.
She went on that this had now been rectified and they were expecting the stock on Friday. It would then be despatched to customers arriving 2-3 working days later. I asked her whether it really was worth waiting, and she said in a reassuringly maternal tone that it was.
S'pose it doesn't guarantee that anything will turn up - but it's a bit more hopeful than it looked previously. Mouse2house are taking a bit of a hammering over customer service on various sites, so if they want to survive and get some decent word of mouth they really need to sort this one out.We are QPR, say we are QPR!0 -
I had forgotten that I had ordered these and remembered a couple of days ago and sent them an email. No reply. Thought I would check back on here and will now give it another few days before ringing them.0
