Sorry to hear that Nikki :( Are you looking for a job as well as doing your jewellery business?

I'm feeling a bit fed up... met someone today who said he quit the accountancy thing that I am doing because there will be no jobs. Now I don't know whether he's just using that as his excuse to quit or not, but it worries me a lot. I know the job market it bad though...

I know that jewellery won't make me a full time wage which is what I really need because I have so much debt and want to save a deposit for a house, so I have been looking for a job. I think it's probably more to do with my confidence anyway, I think I'm rubbish at everything so I count myself out before I've even reached the first post.

Don't worry about the course thing at the moment, he probably just wasn't any good at it. Even though there aren't so many jobs around there will always be some jobs, and there will be more as the economy improves :).

I'd save your vouchers for christmas/birthdays too Jen.
    Finally bought a home

Hello all, good luck with the job hunt Nicki, CL yep Nickis right he's just making an excuse-just think thats one less person competing with you for the job at the end!

Bargain jen! I would agree with everyone else, keep Amazon vouchers for Birthdays and Xmas.

Just paid £20 off debt but had some not so good news from council r.e the planning thing, they need more evidence that the van has been there for a certain number of years which we dont have so it all needs to go through a solicitors-great-more money out.
