Drop them an email or call them. They can't actually do that without asking you. For example for authorised your card to be debited with £10, and they charge £14 without your authority, then it's an invalid charge to your card.
    Thanks for that.icon7.gif
It was my daft fault really as it did say the amount, including delivery but as voucher had been accepted I presumed they'd refund it :o . I will e-mail them.
  • Thanks to the original poster for the info! I gave in and ordered and have to say this is a great offer and very good value, considering their usual prices. I only ever normally buy from them on rare occasions as a treat, as think a lot of their products are quite pricey.

But the box is fab and the Best Before dates are actually quite good. I had:

    Champagne truffles
    Cognac truffles
    White choc and biscuit slab
    Cinder toffee chocs
    Bag of unwrapped mixed chocolates
Big bag of wrapped mixed chocolates.

Although on the outside of the big bag of wrapped chocolates it says a BB of Feb 09, when I opened them up, they all have individual BB dates on their wrappers. A couple of them are for Feb 09, but the others range throughout the year, right up to Dec 09 and even March 10! So there's definitely no hurry to eat these. It's the same with the other packs of chocolates included, which have quite long dates on them, so will be ideal for presents.
