hi kathy, is the dinosaur pattern that you are knitting available online, or is it one that you have bought, fancy having a go at some toys after i have finished the jumper i am working on for chalky's appeal
shaz xenjoy life, we only get one chance at it:)0 -
Hi Shaz - the dinosaur pattern is from one of Jean Greenhowe's pattern books. I just thought it would be ideal for a boy's trauma toy. I'll scan it and, if you pm your email address, I'll send it to you.

Hi Kathy
can you update me with 1 PAIR BOOTEES and 2 SQUARES please.
Not done much this week been at the hospital most of the time, but things are looking up a bit now, so I should get some knitting time in over the next few days. I have really missed doing a couple of hours each night.
Isnt it lovely to have so many new members, and I noticed some are just getting to grips with knitting.
soooo well done all of you newbies and keep up the good work :T :T :T

edit:
Me again Kathy, if its ok would you mind sending me a copy of the dinosaur as well, I think you already have my e'mail :A0 -
Hi Pippa; I'm glad things are looking a bit better now. It's surprising how you can miss knitting, isn't it?
It's lovely having so many newbies on here!
I shall add your items in the morning, thanks.
I've just scanned the dinosaur patterns and numbered them, but I think I numbered them in the wrong order (the phone keeps interrupting me!). There are only two and a half pages, so I hope you can sort out the order! I'll send it to you now - let me know if it doesn't get to you and I'll have another go!

Well -- wHAT WONDERFUL PEOPLE YOU ARE !!! Getting emails from my SIL and not only are shoes having to be left out but serious face fillers. Just as well she is a good sport !!! So thank you all who have sent or who are still knitting -- what a difference it is going to make. It is lovely over here because I thought it only fair to give the wannabe knitters my folder of all the patterns we need for all the charities we need and 1 lovely lady is hooked on the teddies and has to stuff them so that they have a character and another lady is emotionally very strong and is knitting and crocheting angel pockets so the good turns are certainly not all one side of the channel. So when I return for DS'S Wedding in April I should have a really good parcel to send off to Loving Hands and Shezmit and her wonderful work with the premmies. So hope all well with you all and thanks again . ChalkyTry and do a good deed every day.0

Hi chalky - what a wonderful post. I'm so glad you posted on here about the little baby and giving us a chance to help. It's so rewarding to know we are making such a difference. Thanks for the new knitters in Spain - they sound like lovely ladies. Please thank them on our behalf.
I bet you can't wait for your DS's wedding! April will be here before you know it!
Shaz and Pippa - I hope the patterns got to you!
