Hi, was wondering if someone could help me out.

I just got congratulations you have won check "my email address" for information to claim your prize. However - i havent recieved an email and as my inbox was full i dont think they would have been able to email me and when i refreshed the st helier page...it just said you have 0 CREDITS....Any suggestions to what i could do or just face it as a loss as no email.

give it a day or 2, usually if your inbox is full they server tries a couple more times to deliver and if still full they bounce it back to the sender.

just clear out some mail and wait, if not got it in a couple days email the company

Thank you. I did try to mail the company earlier to explained via the contact us link on the site however i got it returned i will see if i get anything within a few days. Im already on the winning list which i dont understand as in T&Cs it says you get on the winners list once you have CONFIRMED via the email they send lol

I have just won on this and the link they provided wont work!!!

Tried emailing them and it bounced back, will give it a few days and try again. If no luck might be best doing it the old fashioned way and write to them!
